Boeing has donated the third 787 Dreamliner ever built to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. The plane known as ZA003 will be the only 787 at a museum in the world. It is painted in Boeing's Dreamliner house livery, and museum visitors will get to see the plane inside and out.

The official handover of ZA003 will take place Saturday morning, and go on permanent display on November 22nd. I got to tour ZA003 at American Airlines' maintenance base at DFW Airport in 2012, as Boeing flew the plane around the world on its "Dream Tour." On display, the plane will be partially configured as an airline and test aircraft, while some space will also exhibit how the plane was developed and built.
